My advice, if CCP is denying the service to you (ie: ban) and won't explain it, then they've violated their merchant agreement with your credit card issuer.
This is assuming you pay with a credit card.
In that case, you are entitled to reverse the last charge (called a "chargeback") which will put the onus on CCP to explain to your bank why they won't provide the service you paid for.
Giving out a ban, then not responding to a petition on it in a reasonable amount of time (and not responding before the ban expires is CLEARLY not going to meet any definition of "reasonable") would unquestionably meet your bank's criteria for a chargeback.
I did this with SOE when they released the NGE, and got a 6 month prepay refunded since it was obvious that SOE wasn't providing the service I'd prepaid for.
This is why it's best to pay with a major credit/debit card, because it gives you rights that EULA's can't take away, as CCP has to agree to abide by those rights in order to be able to accept credit cards.

You are wrong. They have every right. It's their game and if you don't like it, you don't have to play it.
Right was the wrong word to use. Improper is the better one. As I pointed out previously, they seem to stomp on some offensive things (ww2 Germany, nutjob southern US racists) but not others (jihad terrorism). Censor them all or censor none is my challenge to CCP.
